Welcome to 2469 (Exeter St Thomas) Squadron

The Air Training Corps (ATC) - is one of the largest uniformed youth organisations in the UK - it is a national uniformed youth organization partly supported by the Royal Air Force and partly as a charity, and 2469 (Exeter St. Thomas) Squadron, Air Training Corps, gives young people the opportunity to experience a whole range of exciting activities and events.

No cadet ever leaves the ATC without making some improvement to their confidence, leadership, judgement and the ability to think on their's feet - all of which are essential attributes in today's competitive academic and work environments.

We hope that our site will give you an insight into the squadron, and you will find something of interest to you as you browse the site, whether you are thinking about joining the squadron, or simply want to know more about who we are and what we do.

Squadron Recruit Intake

2469 (Exeter St Thomas) squadron operates a set intake system for new cadets,so that rather than have individuals joining at any time, and often feeling slightly alone and lost, we have set dates for joining, so that all new cadets are together with others that are in a similar situation.

Our next recruit intake date is Thursday 11th April 2013, with parental information evenings taking place at the Squadron HQ on Thursday 4th and Monday 6th April.

Check our Joining the ATC page for full details.
