Trustees Annual Report
The squadron has its own charity status and its funds are therefore administered in accordance with Charity Commission regulations.
The Annual General Meeting of 2469 (Exeter St Thomas) Squadron Civilian Trustees takes place every year in late April.
At this meeting the Annual Report is presented, giving details and information on the activities and accounts for the preceeding year.
