Joining as a Cadet
We are now recruiting for young people from the St Thomas, Alphington, Exwick and neighbouring areas
to join our next recruit course in January 2010.
If you are interested, read on to find out how to join one of the largest youth organisations in the whole of the UK!
How old do I need to be to join?
To join you must be a minimum of 13 years old, and can stay in the ATC until
you are 18 (or 20 if you reach the rank of Senior NCO).
Who can Join?
The squadron is open to all boys and girls who are 13 or over.
When can I join 2469 squadron ?
2469 Squadron has four intake courses each year, typically in Early January, April, July and October, but feel free to visit any time to discuss the next intake dates.
Where does 2469 squadron meet ?
We parade in the ATC HQ building on the Cowick Barton Playing Fields, Old Vicarage Road, St Thomas. ( Click here for a location map of the area.)
When does 2469 squadron parade ?
We parade Monday and Thursday evenings from 19:00hrs to 21:30hrs.
