South-West Region Inter-Squadron Shield
In 2001, 2469 (Exeter St Thomas) Squadron came FIRST out of all of the other squadrons throughout the South-West Region in the Inter-Squadron Shooting Shield, with a score of 711 points.
The squadron team consisted of :
CWO Shane Cann,
FS Chris Partridge,
Sgt Steve Brown,
Cdt Richard Dunn
And special congratulations went to Sgt Steve Brown for gaining the Higest Individual Score in the Region, with a total of 188 points.
Not content with this victory, in 2004, the squadron won the competition yet again !!
Not bad considering there are more than 150 squadrons in the region !!
