| A Small Update |
Sunday,
9th July 2006|18:34 |
So here we go, long time, no update, so I thought it was about time I did one. So what's new?
Well we've been moving along as usual, infact we've just finished our summer production of Ernie's Incredible Illucinations, performed by the junior cast (who were fantastic), where a good time was had by all!
So what's coming up? Well right now we're on a small break before we start rehearsals for our pantomime, which will be coming your way in February of 2007, but watch this space for updates and announcements as and when they happen (and yes, this time the website will be kept up to date!)
We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Hello

those old friends that know us, I hope you enjoy browsing through
the many pictures and listening to the songs from our previous shows
and I hope they bring back many good memories. For those of you
who are new to us, please don't log off just yet! Have a good look
around and see what you're missing!
Weather

time visitor to the St Andrew's Players we would like to see you
all soon! We've just finished our latest production by the junior cast of Ernie's Incredible Illucinations, and will be starting rehearsals for our next production soon.
Our
next production, Aladdin, will be comming your way in February 2007 and will
be produced and directed by myself and Sue, with music as usual by Paul (who this year has a speaking part!).

| And
Now A Word From Our Musical Director |
Monday,
18th January|22:00 |
Ok,
so why should you want to come to see us?
Well,
why not?
It's
a good 2 1/2 hour entertainment, all ages, singing, dancing,
shouting, spluttering, screaming, cackling, ...
Is that the cast or the audience?
Superb
scenery, our vast repertoire of sound effects, costumes to die
for, live music, ...
It's
Goldilocks and the Three Bears, but there are no
Bears on the cast
list. Maybe you need to come and see why?
See
people you know all too well like you've never seen them before.
In
a suit, in a tutu, dressed up as a fox, a dog, a squirrel, ...,
silly
headwear, silly walks, getting married to the most unlikely partner,
...
I could
go on, but I won't. Maybe there's a seat with your name on it?
Oh,
yes, there is...

Updates and Graphical Overhaul |
Friday,
15th January 2005|22:13 |
I
thought it was about time I updated this site, seeing as the last
update was over 4 months ago, and I know you've all been dying for
information!
Our
next production will beGoldilocks and the Three Bears,
and is currently being rehearsed, for production from Wednesday,
16th February 2005 through to Saturday, 19th February 2005,
starting at 7:30pm plus Saturday matineé.
Tickets
are on sale now at £4 per adult and £2.50 per
child. Tickets can be ordered by calling Sue on
0117-975-5538 or by EMailing boxoffice@standrewsplayersbristol.co.uk
with details of how many tickets you require and for which performance
and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!
Having
been present all the way through rehearsals this year, I can guarentee
you are in for one hell of a show, and the St Andrew's Players have
put a lot of time and effort into this production. As normal, all
proceeds go directly to charity.

| At
Last, It's Here! |
Thursday,
28th October 2004|09:36 |
| After
over a month in development, with constant updates, small changes,
a lot of beta testing, a few more changes, ironing out some bugs,
and drinking a lot of caffine the website is finally here!
Ok,
I'll admit now it isn't 100% finished, but you try single-handedly
interviewing 50 cast and crew members :P I'll load the profiles
up into the cast and crew section as and when I do them, but until
then you can browse over our photo's and check us all out. Oh, before
you ask, yes, 90% of the stage crew ARE monkeys ;)

as we've had to change so much over the summer, and to tie in with
the start of our new production we've changed address and server!
No longer will the website be down for weeks on end, no longer will
the internet masses have to suffer in a vail of silence, no longer
will they suffer from withdrawl symptoms, and no longer will freenetname
restrict our site! Now
I've finished moaning I hope you enjoy the new-look site, I had
fun making it! Please send all your comments and suggestions to
