Southern Wisconsin Sandhouse Crew

Welcome to the official website of Southern Wisconsin Sandhouse Crew! The Sandhouse crew is an HO Scale model railroad club with it's membership centered in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The club formed in 2005 with the idea of being a modular railroad group. We have no permanent layout, but instead put together a portable layout made up of member- and club-owned modules. These modules can be configured in a variety of ways to make up layouts that we display at local train shows.

The Crew's Next Appearance

February 20 & 21, 2010 - Madison, WI: 43rd Annual Mad City Model Railroad Show and Sale.

The SWSC will be displaying for the fifth time in 2010 at the Mad City Model Railroad Show and Sale. The show takes place on February 20 and 21st, 2010 from 9am-5pm at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI. In addition to the SWSC layout, there will also be many other model railroad displays as well as dealers offering items in all scales for sale.
