Videographer 2 Cameras (ceremony)
Ceremony in its entirety— best shots from 2 cameras will be edited using professional transitions while maintaining the integrity and chronology of your wedding. We use a wireless mic on the groom so you will hear your vows spoken clearly on the video. There is no time limit placed on your ceremony. Videographer will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to the start time to set up and to begin videotaping the arrival of your guests.
Receiving Line (if applicable)
Reception—up to 3 hours—videotaping will begin when the Bride and Groom arrive or 1 hour after the ceremony ends (whichever is first). 1 Videographer will videotape all ceremonial events at the reception including (but not limited to) the following: Arrival of the Bridal Party, Ceremonial dances (Bride & Groom, Bride w/father, Groom w/mother, In-law Dance, Bridal Party Dance, Honeymoon Dance, etc), Cutting/Sharing the Cake, Toasts/First Drink, Garter & Bouquet tosses, Ceremonial departure (so long as this occurs within the time allotted) and any other special events occurring during the reception. Videographer will also videotape random shots of your guests, special tables, settings, the décor, the food, the cake, DJ (if applicable) and congratulations and well wishes from guests who wish to give them. The video taken at the reception (with the exception of the well wishes) will be edited as a video montage set to musical selection of your choice. (Videographer will be available up to 1 hour beyond the package allowance for a charge of $15.00/ 15 min. segments—or $60 for the hour.)
You will receive 3 DVD’s1 which will include the following:

Plus any additions* or extras+ of your choice
Package
2 will consist of everything included in Package 1 plus the addition of a Photo
Montage2
set to music of your choice. The Photo Montage should contain at least 30
pictures and no more than 45.
You will receive 3 DVD’s1 which will include the following:

1 Hour of Pre-Ceremony activities (getting ready, posing for pictures, telling your story, etc.) The video taken before the ceremony will be edited as a video montage set to musical selection of your choice. (The Videographer will make every attempt to get some pre-ceremony shots of the Groom, but the focus for this segment is the Bride.)
You will receive 3 DVD’s1 which will include the following:

Ceremony in its entirety— this includes minimal editing to maintain a movie feel to your wedding ceremony. We use a wireless mic on the groom so you will hear your vows spoken clearly on the video. There is no time limit placed on your ceremony. Videographer will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to the start time to set up and to begin videotaping the arrival of your guests.

* This package is a stand alone, as-is package and will not be altered in way. This package is included because we have had requests for and will videotape a wedding using a single video camera as we understand that you may be on a strict budget. However, we do strongly recommend that you purchase a package that includes a second camera. The addition of the second camera reduces the chances of having to include shots in your video taken as a camera is jostled by a guest, blocked by the movement of guests and or participants, etc. It permits the best shots of your wedding ceremony to be edited together for a smoother flow.
All packages include travel up to 100 total miles3, editing, all media (tapes, DVD’s, etc.) and packaging.
TLC Video is located in Madison, NC.
If you do not wish to have the videographer approach your guests to offer their Well Wishes and Congratulations, we will omit that portion of the video and reduce the cost of the package by $25.
1 The DVD is professionally authored to include title menus so that you can easily navigate the segments of your Wedding video.
2 Photo Montage: You provide photos on CD or via email attachment and they will be edited in a slide show set to music of your choice. If you wish to have TLC Video scan your photos, there is a charge of $1.00 per photo scanned (to be paid in advance.) Once you decide the type of Montage you wish to include with your video you will provide photos that correspond with your selection.
We have done the following types of Photo Montage:
Family Dedication (pictures of special family members to be immortalized on your video)
Growing-up (pictures of the bride & groom from birth to adulthood)
Courtship (pictures of bride & groom taken together--dates, dances, vacations, functions etc.)
Honeymoon (pictures you take during your honeymoon)
3 This includes all roundtrip travel required to videotape all events covered in the package and/or package additions. For mileage over 100 miles, there is an additional charge of 65 cents per mile.

TLC Video will videotape your Rehearsal up to 1.5 hours—1 Videographer 2 Cameras. The best of the video shots taken at the rehearsal will be carefully selected and edited as a Video Montage set to musical selection of your choice.

Extra copies on DVD are available for $20 each.
You may purchase a VHS copy of the DVD for a charge of $75.

THE SMALL PRINT -- A MUST READ
Any content of the video that is provided by you (i.e. song choices, pictures etc.) must be given to TLC Video prior to your event—with the exception of photos for a honeymoon montage. These must be presented to TLC Video no later than 3 weeks from the date of your ceremony.
We have a wide variety of songs already available in our library to include on your video. If you choose to include a song that we do not have or cannot get, you will need to provide it in order for it to be included on the DVD. If you wish, TLC Video can make your song selections for you. We suggest that you choose songs for your video that are not already a part of your Wedding.
Once a contract has been drawn and signed, no changes can be made without renegotiation and a new contract thus terminating the original contract and all obligations covered therein. There is a 25%* surcharge to renegotiate a contract.
TLC Video is hired for artistic vision and to videotape your event as it happens. This is not a staged or scripted event and TLC Video has no external control over the events or occurrences during the videotaping of your event. Therefore, no warranties are made as to content. We do warranty the DVD for defects. You have 30 days to view all DVD’s provided to you. TLC Video will replace any DVD which proves defective within these 30 days at no charge to you upon return of the defective disc.
Payments to TLC Video are made in two installments. Installment one is due upon signing the contract in the amount of ˝ the contract price. The second installment, which is the remaining due, is to be paid upon receipt of your package. Payment of the first installment is refundable less a 20%* surcharge for up to 14 days after signing a contract unless the date of your wedding falls within 30 days of said signing. After the initial 14 days of signing your contract, payments made to TLC Video are non-refundable.
